Restaurant-Style Malai Chaap
Soya chaap chunks marinated in rich cream, yoghurt, cashew paste and cooked on skewers for a premium smoky appetizer.
Ingredients Required
- 5 Soya Chaap sticks
- 1/2 cup Hung Yoghurt
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cream
- 2 tbsp Cashew paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Behtreen Mustard Oil
- Spices & Cardamom powder
Preparation Method
- Boil soya chaap, remove sticks, and cut into chunks.
- Prepare marinade with curd, cream, cashew paste, ginger-garlic, cardamon, and oil.
- Mix chaap chunks in marinade and keep for 1 hour.
- Cook on tandoor, grill pan, or oven till slightly charred.
- Toss with melted butter, cream, and chaat masala, then serve.
