  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:

Step 1: Heat the Mustard Oil

In a traditional handi or deep pan, heat Pure Mustard Oil until it reaches its smoking point. Reduce the heat and let it cool slightly before adding the sliced onions. Sauté until golden brown.
