Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-15 business days and credited to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a bank transfer or store credit will be issued upon approval.
