Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are Shipped and delivered within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor the delivery status.
In case of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will keep you informed.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, standard shipping charges apply.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional COD charges may be applicable.
Shipping costs (if any) will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 5-10 business days
International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

Ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing an order.
In case of failed delivery attempts due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email or WhatsApp message with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
If you do not receive tracking details within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and order details.
We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the On the issue and it will be credited in the amount in 3 to 5 workings days.
