Non-Returnable Items

- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
- Items damaged due to mishandling or improper storage

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear images and order details, and We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. Replacement need to be made in 24hrs after the product is received.
